Overview of the Role

 

Our Sales Team is looking for Growth Specialists, who are essentially Sales Associates, to join them. These specialists will use both inbound and outbound sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities. In addition, they will manage the entire sales process and use their expertise in digital transformation and change management to serve as a trusted advisor and business consultant.

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Growth Specialist, your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end sales cycles while exceeding monthly quotas, prospecting new accounts through inbound and outbound leads, mastering HubSpot's Flywheel Methodology, conducting online product demonstrations, collaborating closely with the team to adapt sales strategy as new features and products emerge, and contributing your innovative ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision.

 

Qualifications

 

To be considered for this position, you should have over a year of experience managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a complex product offering. You should also have strong prospecting and business development skills honed in an outbound sales environment, a commitment to meeting quotas with a history of high performance in a KPI-driven setting, and a goal-oriented mindset with the belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities drive success. In addition, you should have exceptional consultative sales skills and a track record of successful closures, experience in accurate forecasting and pipeline management while handling a high volume of leads, a proven ability to deliver results, resilience in challenging sales situations, a customer-centric approach, and a growth-oriented mindset.
