MapleSage Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital transformation company, is seeking a Senior HubSpot Developer & Technology Innovator to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of integrating and optimizing our HubSpot Enterprise setup, driving technology enhancements that will streamline our operations and significantly enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• HubSpot Integration & Optimization: Take full ownership of integrating and optimizing our HubSpot Enterprise setup, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and enhances operational efficiency.
• Technology Enhancements: Lead ongoing technology enhancements, exploring opportunities to develop custom solutions or transition to other platforms like Salesforce or Oracle as we scale.
• Strategic Role: Play a pivotal role in shaping the technological backbone of MapleSage, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our growth objectives.
• Custom Solutions: Develop and implement custom solutions tailored to our unique needs, leveraging the full capabilities of HubSpot and other integrated platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all technological solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential technical challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• HubSpot Expertise: Extensive experience with HubSpot Enterprise, including successful integrations, workflow automation, and CRM optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and platforms to create seamless operational workflows.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior technology role, ideally within the technology or digital transformation sector.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technology projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
