Overview
MapleSage is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM - HubSpot Executive to join our team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives and driving our marketing and sales efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns within HubSpot CRM, ensuring they align with organizational goals and target audiences.
- Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a monthly calendar for CRM activities and campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate CRM activities with broader business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using HubSpot analytics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Sales Integration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of CRM activities with the sales pipeline.
- Lead Management: Track and report the progression of leads through the sales funnel, and implement lead generation strategies within HubSpot CRM to support the sales pipeline.
- Project Execution: Manage and execute assigned CRM projects and tasks efficiently.
- Customer Support: Oversee the customer support ticket system within HubSpot, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer tickets to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in CRM management, with a focus on HubSpot.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in campaign management and lead generation, with effective use of HubSpot's tools and features.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and report on progress.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to ensuring timely responses and resolutions for customer support tickets, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
