  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and file organization.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
