Overview:
As the Admin/HR Lead at MapleSage, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing all administrative and human resources functions. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can ensure operational efficiency while fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with MapleSage’s business goals.
 
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
 
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
 
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
 
- Support day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and file organization.
 
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
 
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
